• First Order: $75 with the coupon code provided in your prescriber's follow-up message (first order only)
• Membership & Consultation: $50 per month (non-refundable), billed separately from medication

Optional Blood Panel: $100 (not required; offered at your 3-month check-in if recommended by your provider). Not available in Hawaii, New York, New Jersey, or Rhode Island.

Progesterone Capsule: Not available in Arkansas.

Store at room temperature (between 68°F and 77°F), away from direct light, excessive heat, and humidity. Keep out of reach of children and pets.

Shelf Life (Beyond Use Date)

180 days from the date of dispensing.
