Signs of an Allergic Reaction
Stop using estradiol and seek emergency care immediately if you experience:
- Shortness of breath
- Swelling of your face, lips, tongue, or throat
Other Important Safety Information
- Do not use estradiol if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
- If you have a uterus, estradiol must be taken with progesterone to reduce the risk of uterine cancer.
