- Monthly Subscription: $95 per month, billed and shipped monthly
- First Order: $75 with the coupon code provided in your prescriber's follow-up message (first order only)
- Membership & Consultation: $50 per month (non-refundable), billed separately from medication
Optional Blood Panel: $100 (not required; offered at your 3-month check-in if recommended by your provider). Not available in Hawaii, New York, New Jersey, or Rhode Island.
The $95 monthly cost is the same regardless of which estradiol form (pill, cream, or patch) you are prescribed.
State Availability
- Estradiol Pill: Not available in Alabama or Arkansas
- Estradiol Cream: Available in all states
- Estradiol Patch: Not available in Arkansas
Storage
Store at room temperature (between 68°F and 77°F), away from direct light, excessive heat, and humidity. Keep out of reach of children and pets.
Shelf Life (Beyond Use Date)
Shelf life varies by the pharmacy that fulfills your order:
- Innovation Pharmacy: 180 days
- Precision and Valiant Pharmacies: 365 days
Shipping
Your order ships via UPS Ground or FedEx Ground depending on your assigned pharmacy. Orders typically arrive within 5–7 business days of approval.
