You can cancel or pause your subscription at any time prior to your next shipment. There are no penalties, no hidden fees, and no strings attached.
How to Cancel or Pause
Follow these steps to cancel or pause your subscription:
1. Log in to your Customer Portal.
2. Click on "Orders" at the top of the page.
3. Click "Manage" on the order you wish to modify.
4. Follow the prompts to pause or cancel your subscription.
You are free to cancel, postpone, or pause your subscription at any time and for any reason prior to your next refill date.
Important
If at all possible, we kindly ask for a minimum of 48 hours notice before your next order is set to process. This helps ensure your request is completed before your order ships.

Before Your Order Ships
You are free to cancel, postpone, or pause your subscription at any time and for any reason before your next refill date. We kindly ask for a minimum of 48 hours' notice before your next order is set to process.
After Your Order Ships
AgelessRx cannot guarantee refunds for any cancellation requests received after our pharmacy partner has received your order. Furthermore, AgelessRx does not accept returns and cannot offer refunds for any prescription product once it has left our pharmacy partner.
Issues with Your Shipment

How to Update Your Shipping Address
You can update your shipping address at any time through your customer portal. Here is how:
1. Log in to your Customer Portal.
2. Click on the "Hello (Your Name)" menu at the top of the page.
3. Select "My Profile."
4. On the "My Info" row, click "Edit."
5. Update your address and click save.
We recommend updating your shipping address well in advance of your next order to make sure your shipment goes to the right place.

How to Update Your Billing and Payment Information
You can update your payment method at any time through your customer portal.
Adding a New Payment Method
1. Log in to your Customer Portal.
2. Click the "Orders" tab at the top of the page.
3. Select the product you would like to change your payment method for, and click "Manage" on the right.
4. The last 4 digits of your current payment method will be visible underneath the product details. Click "Update" next to it.
5. Select "Add a Payment Method" and enter your new payment details.
Editing an Existing Payment Method
To edit an existing payment method, including changing your billing address, please contact us at info@agelessrx.com.
How to Track Your Order
You can check the status of any order directly from your customer portal.
How to Check Your Shipping Status
1. Log in to your Customer Portal.
2. Click the "Orders" tab at the top of the page.
3. Look for the truck icon next to your order. Click the link next to the truck icon to view your tracking information.
Tracking Not Available Yet?
We update tracking information for all orders as it becomes available to us. If the tracking link is not clickable yet, please wait and try again later. Tracking details typically become available once your order has shipped from our pharmacy partner.

Placing a One-Time Order vs. Subscription
AgelessRx offers both one-time orders and subscription plans (monthly or quarterly). Here is how they compare.
One-Time Orders
The process for placing a one-time order is the same as for monthly or quarterly orders. For each one-time order, you will need to select "Buy Now," complete a new intake form, and wait for approval from your AgelessRx prescriber.
Please note that there is no way to set up recurring one-time orders. Each one-time order requires a new intake and approval.
Subscription Plans
If you plan to continue your treatment, we recommend subscribing to a monthly or quarterly plan. Subscriptions offer several advantages:
Automatic refills — Your treatment ships automatically so you never have a lapse.
No repeated intakes — You only need to complete one intake form for ongoing refills.
Flexibility — You can pause or cancel at any time, no strings attached.
You can manage your account, orders, and messages anytime through your Patient Portal.
Requesting a Refill
We strive to time your refills automatically, so you will never have a lapse in treatment. However, if you find that you are running low, you can request a refill early.
How to Request a Refill
Log in to your Customer Portal and request a refill within 5–7 business days of your next billing cycle. This allows enough time for your order to be processed and shipped before you run out.
How Automatic Refills Work
If you are on a monthly or quarterly subscription, your refills are timed automatically. Your order will be processed and shipped before your current supply runs out, so you can stay on track with your treatment.
If you need to adjust your refill schedule, you can manage your subscription through your customer portal or contact our support team.

Shipping and State Availability

Free Shipping on All Subscriptions
Shipping is included on all subscription products at no additional cost. Your treatment is delivered directly to your door in discreet packaging.
Shipping Times
Most orders ship from our certified pharmacy partners within 5–7 business days after approval. Shipping times may vary depending on the product and your location.
State Availability
Yes, we currently service every US state. However, certain treatments may not be available in all states. There are a couple of reasons for this:
Cold-shipped products: Some treatments, such as cold-shipped injectables, cannot be reliably shipped to noncontiguous states like Alaska or Hawaii.
Regional regulations: Some treatments are restricted by state or regional law.
How to Check Availability in Your State
You can find the state-specific availability for each treatment underneath the "Get started" button on that treatment's product page. If a particular treatment is not available in your state, our team can help you find an alternative that is right for you.
HSA/FSA Cards
HSA/FSA cards may be accepted as payment at AgelessRx. Simply enter your card information at checkout as you would any other card.
