Step 1: Browse Treatments
Start by exploring our range of treatments at agelessrx.com/treatments. Each treatment page includes details about the science behind it, the benefits, potential side effects, and pricing.
You can browse treatments by category (such as Longevity, GLP-1 Support, NAD+ Support, or Sleep) or by health need (such as Weight Management, Heart Health, or Cognitive Function).

Step 2: Check Availability in Your State
Before starting your order, check whether your preferred treatment is available in your state. You can find state-specific availability underneath the "Get started" button on each treatment’s product page. We service all 50 US states, but certain treatments may have restrictions in some areas.
Step 3: Complete Your Online Intake
Once you have found a treatment you are interested in, click "Get started" to begin your online medical intake form. This form is created by doctors and asks about your lifestyle, health habits, and medical history.
During the intake, you will be asked to provide:
• A government-issued photo ID (to verify your identity)
• A selfie (to confirm your identity matches your ID)
• A form of payment (you will only be charged if your prescription is approved)
All personal information is stored on a HIPAA-compliant server to protect your privacy.
Step 4: Medical Review
After you submit your intake, a US-licensed medical provider will review your information. This review typically takes up to 5 business days. Your provider will determine whether the treatment is appropriate for your unique medical history and health goals.
Depending on your state, a brief video consultation with your prescriber may be required before approval. Video consultations are free, 100% online, and typically last only 5–10 minutes. If a video consultation is needed, we will email you to schedule a time.
If your provider determines the treatment is not the best fit for you, they will work with you to find an alternative.
Step 5: Your Order Ships
Once approved, your prescription is sent to one of our certified pharmacy partners. After quality assurance checks, your treatment ships directly to your door in discreet packaging with free shipping. Most orders ship within 5–7 business days after approval.
Step 6: Ongoing Care
After your first delivery, your care continues. You will have on-demand access to your provider and our customer support team. We conduct regular check-ins to make sure your treatment is working well for you, and we can make adjustments as needed.
If you are on a subscription, your refills are timed automatically so you never miss a dose. You can pause or cancel at any time.
