Do I need to take anything else with NAD+ Injection?
Yes. AgelessRx recommends supplementing with 1,000mg of TMG (trimethylglycine) on the days you use NAD+. TMG supports the process that removes NAD+ waste from your body. It’s available over the counter at vitamin retailers and on Amazon.
How much NAD+ is in each injection?
Our NAD+ formulation contains 200mg per mL. Here’s what that looks like at different doses:
- 0.1mL (10 units) = 20mg NAD+
- 0.25mL (25 units) = 50mg NAD+
- 0.5mL (50 units) = 100mg NAD+
A 2.5mL vial contains 500mg of NAD+ total. A 5mL vial contains 1,000mg total.
Is NAD+ Injection better than an IV infusion?
NAD+ Injection delivers similar benefits to IV infusions at a fraction of the cost, and you can administer it at home on your own schedule. Many patients prefer the convenience and consistency of small, regular injections over infrequent high-dose infusions.
Can I take NAD+ Injection long-term?
Yes. NAD+ Injection is safe for long-term use. Because your natural NAD+ levels continue to decline with age, many patients stay on NAD+ therapy as part of an ongoing longevity routine.
What if I miss a dose?
If you miss your regular dose, take it as soon as you remember, or skip it and continue with your normal schedule. Do not double up on doses to make up for a missed one.
Can I inject intramuscularly instead of subcutaneously?
Intramuscular (IM) injection is available upon request. Talk to your prescriber if you’re interested in switching methods.
