Overview
NAD+ Patches use a small, battery-operated device to deliver NAD+ through your skin. The standard protocol is to wear one patch per week for four hours. Your prescriber will confirm the right frequency for you.
Step-by-Step Application
- Step 1: Apply 40 drops (2mL) of NAD+ solution to the reservoir on your patch.
- Step 2: Choose a spot on your body where hair won’t interfere with the adhesive. Common locations: upper arm, abdomen, back, or thigh.
- Step 3: Apply the patch in one smooth motion to clean, dry skin.
- Step 4: Wear the patch for 4 hours. It’s normal not to “feel” the patch working (no vibration, stinging, etc.).
- Step 5: When done, gently remove the patch. Applying water first can make removal easier.
What’s Included in Each Kit
- One-Time Kit: 1 kit with 6 patches and a 12mL vial of NAD+ solution (6-week supply)
- Quarterly Kit: 2 kits (12 patches total) with 12mL of solution (3-month supply)
Tips for Best Results
- Rotate application sites each week to reduce skin irritation (for example, alternate between arms)
- Apply to hair-free skin so the adhesive sticks properly
- You can wear the patch during exercise if it fits your schedule better
- Higher frequency may be available with prescriber approval
Important: Take TMG with Your NAD+ Patch
AgelessRx recommends supplementing with 1,000mg of TMG (trimethylglycine, also called betaine) on the days you use your NAD+ Patch.
As your body uses NAD+, it creates waste that needs to be removed using methyl groups. When NAD+ levels increase, methyl groups can get used up faster, which may affect other important functions. TMG provides extra methyl donors to support this process. TMG is available over the counter — no prescription needed.
