AgelessRx is a 100% online experience. There are no waiting rooms and no clinic visits required. Here is how the process works, from start to finish.
Step 1: Find Your Solution
Browse our range of longevity treatments, each backed by scientific research. You can explore the benefits and potential side effects of each treatment to find the best fit for your health goals.
Step 2: Complete Your Online Visit
Once you have selected a treatment, you will fill out a short online medical intake form. This form asks about your lifestyle, health habits, and medical history so our providers have a complete picture of your health.
During the intake, we will ask for your government-issued ID, a photo, and a form of payment to confirm your identity. You will only be charged if your prescription is approved.
Step 3: Get Medical Review
A US-licensed medical provider will carefully review your intake to determine whether the treatment is appropriate for you. This review typically takes up to 5 business days, and you will receive an update through your customer portal.
Depending on your state, you may need to complete a brief video consultation with your prescriber before approval. Video consultations are free of charge and last only 5–10 minutes.
Step 4: Delivered to Your Door
If approved, your prescription is sent to one of our certified pharmacy partners. After quality assurance checks, your treatment ships directly to you with free shipping in discreet packaging. Most orders ship within 5–7 business days after approval.
Step 5: Get Ongoing Support
Your care does not stop after delivery. You have on-demand access to your provider and our customer support team for questions, concerns, or guidance at any point in your health journey. We conduct regular check-ins to make sure your treatment remains a good fit, and we can make dosage adjustments as needed.
Refills are automatic, so you never have to worry about missing a dose. You can pause or cancel your subscription at any time—no strings attached.
You can manage your account, orders, and messages anytime through your Patient Portal.
