Your AgelessRx Customer Portal is your one-stop hub for managing your account, orders, and communication with your care team. Here is a guide to the main features.
Logging In
Visit customer.agelessrx.com and sign in with the email address and password you used when creating your AgelessRx account.
If you're using a phone:
- Open AgelessRx in your web browser (such as Chrome, Safari, or Internet Explorer).
- If you have an email app, you can easily switch between the browser and the app to retrieve and enter your verification code.
- If you don’t have an email app, you can open AgelessRx in one tab and your email in another. This will allow you to copy the code from your email and paste it into the AgelessRx sign-in screen without switching apps.
If you're using a computer:
- Open AgelessRx in one browser tab and your email in another. This makes it easy to copy the code from your email and paste it into the sign-in screen.
Important Tip: Please avoid requesting multiple codes, as this can confuse the system and prevent a successful login.
My Health
The My Health section is where you can view your health information and any updates from your care team.
Orders
Click the "Orders" tab at the top of the page to view all your current and past orders. From here you can:
View order history: See all previous and current orders in one place.
Track shipments: Look for the truck icon next to your order. Click the link next to it to view tracking information. If the link is not clickable yet, tracking details are still being updated.
Manage subscriptions: Click "Manage" next to any active order to pause, cancel, or modify your subscription.
Update payment: Within an order, click "Update" next to your payment method to add a new card or switch to an HSA/FSA card.
Messages
The Messages section lets you communicate directly with your care team. You can ask questions, share updates about your treatment, or request changes to your prescription.
Labs
If you have ordered any lab tests or monitoring tools through AgelessRx, your results and related information will appear in the Labs section.
Support
The Support section connects you with our customer support team for help with account questions, billing, shipping, or any other non-medical inquiries.
Managing Your Profile
To update your personal information, click the "Hello (Your Name)" menu at the top of the page, then select "My Profile." On the "My Info" row, click "Edit" to update your name, address, or other details, then save your changes.
Changing Your Password
To change your password, click the "Hello (Your Name)" menu and select "Change Password." Follow the prompts to set a new password.
