Here is everything you need to know about paying for your AgelessRx treatments.
Does AgelessRx Accept Insurance?
AgelessRx does not currently accept or work with any insurance or healthcare coverage. This includes private insurance, government-sponsored insurance, fixed benefit plans, health sharing plans, union reimbursement plans, and similar programs.
At AgelessRx, we provide access to services and prescription therapies for the prevention of age-related conditions. Unfortunately, not all healthcare coverage programs place the same emphasis on preventative care, and we are not currently able to bill any of our products or services to any type of healthcare coverage plan.
Can I Use My HSA or FSA Card?
HSA/FSA cards may be accepted as payment at AgelessRx. If you would like to try using your HSA or FSA card, simply enter your card information at checkout as you would any other card.
You can also update your existing payment method to an HSA or FSA card at any time. Log in to your customer portal, click on "Manage Subscriptions" in the top right corner, and follow the prompts to update your payment method.
HSA/FSA Reimbursement
If you paid with another method and want to be reimbursed using HSA or FSA funds, or if your plan administrator requires documentation, you can access your itemized receipt through your original order confirmation email or your customer portal.
Important Notes
Documentation: AgelessRx does not provide letters of medical necessity or letters from prescribers in support of HSA/FSA fund usage. If you need documentation, you can access your itemized receipt as described above, or contact us to request your full medical records.
No guarantees: AgelessRx makes no guarantees as to whether your purchase qualifies for use or reimbursement of your HSA/FSA funds. Please contact your HSA/FSA plan administrator or tax professional for more information about qualifying purchases.
