Video Consultations - What to Expect

AgelessRx is a 100% online experience, and most prescriptions can be approved through our online intake form alone. However, in some cases, a brief video consultation with a US-licensed prescriber may be required or requested.

When Is a Video Consultation Required?

Some states require a video consultation with a prescriber before a prescription can be approved. If you live in a state that requires one, we will email you to select a date and time that works best for you.

In addition, any prescriber may request a video consultation at their discretion, and any patient can request one at any time.

What to Expect

Video consultations are 100% online and completely free of charge. Each consultation is brief, typically lasting only 5–10 minutes. You will meet with a US-licensed prescriber who will review your intake and discuss your treatment.

Approval

If you live in a state that requires a video consultation, you will not be approved or charged until you schedule and complete the consultation.
